“The vegetables we grow across the country is varied and has a beautiful taste which tingles our senses. Not just the regular ones in terms of sour, sweetness, bitterness, saltiness, spiciness, But also umami which we get from mushrooms, oyster abs soya. This is an Ode to celebrate our gourmet diversity,” he added.
