Bengaluru: On Sunday, October 6th, 2024, Chowdiah Memorial Hall will host Offbeat 2024, a musical extravaganza organized by VT Entertainers Charitable Trust. The much-anticipated event promises an evening of enchanting melodies, featuring a captivating mix of Bollywood songs with lesser-known themes.
Since its inception in 2015, Offbeat has been a platform for delivering the best of retro and modern Bollywood music to its audience, while also supporting a noble cause. This year’s edition continues the tradition, with proceeds going to Vishwashantiniketana, a residential home dedicated to caring for the differently abled.
Offbeat 2024will bring together a talented group of renowned performers from Namma Bengaluru, including Samanvitha Sharma, Shruti Bhide, Govind Kurnool, Narssimhan Kannan, Arundhati Vasishta, Chinmayi Rao, Kash, and Kalvinder Singh. These artists will take the stage to perform a blend of timeless Bollywood classics and contemporary hits, set to unique and captivating choreography. The musical accompaniment will be provided by Pradeep Patkar and his talented orchestra.
The event has been conceived and curated by Dr. Vasudha Theertharam, who has been the driving force behind its success over the years. With an exciting lineup of performers and a heartwarming cause, Offbeat 2024 is sure to be an unforgettable experience for music lovers.
