Bengaluru: Shiro, Bengaluru’s premier pan-Asian dining destination, announces the launch of a Wine & Asian Grazing Platter. The platter will be available from June 2023 – July 2023. The platter is a smörgåsbord of the rich flavours offered by traditional Asian cuisine with a carefully curated selection of wines, promising an unforgettable culinary experience for food and wine enthusiasts.

The Wine & Asian Grazing Platter at Shiro presents a harmonious fusion of delightful flavours, textures, and aromas, masterfully crafted by Chef Priyank Singh Chouhan. The platter includes an assortment of Asian delicacies including Tuna Sushi, Truffle Sriracha Prawn Maki, Prawn Tempura, Bang Bang Summer Rolls, Cheese Rolls, Chicken Katsu Bao, Hot Spiced Chicken Bao with Sweet Chilli Sauce, and Peanut Sauce.

To enhance the dining experience, Shiro’s sommeliers have meticulously paired the platter with a selection of wines that perfectly complement the Asian flavours. Guests can indulge in the delightful combination of food and wine, taking their taste buds on a remarkable journey.
