The menu presents everyone’s Italian favourites with a cool new Brik Oven vibe, and of course bubbly. The monthly brunch menu will be available at Brik Oven Indiranagar on the 28th of May this month. Crafted exclusively for the brunch, the Pizzapalooza is a personal-sized high hydration sourdough pizza. Available in combinations that will blow your mind, for the first time ever Brik Oven brings you a pizza topped off with fries, bacon, and ranch. If you love your shrooms, then the wild mushroom pizza with shiitake, enoki, button and king oyster mushroom is something that you cannot do without.
Brik Oven’s Italian-inspired burgers are the stuff dreams are made of! Taking burgers to an all-new level – succulent beef, crispy fried bocconcini, sizzling portobello mushrooms, and zesty pesto, all piled sky-high.
No meal is complete without dessert. Giving traditional Italian cream buns a funky Brik Oven twist, you must check out the Maritozzis that will just melt in your mouth.
