Bengaluru: b Café, the all-day dining restaurant at Shangri-La Bengaluru, sets the sails to dive into an array of fresh lobster delights. Cruise through special live counters for dinner with perfected lobster delicacies in Indian, East Asian and Western preparations.

The Western section includes Sizzling Lobster Grills with Béarnaise & Saffron Lemon Butter Sauce, French Lobster Thermidor (Puree of asparagus lobster risotto) and Lobster Bisque (Soup), while the East Asian and Indian stations will feature Singapore Chilly Lobster with Mantao Buns (Chinese Steamed Buns), Zafrani Tandoori Lobster, Mappas and Chettinad Style Lobster.
