URU Brewpark has a special menu curated for the festive season as also some Christmas cocktails from the 10th -31st of December 2020. The menu will have small plates, Festive platters, and 12 special cocktails as well. Small plates will have Vietnamese Style Chili Tofu, Classic Sicilian Arancini, Tandoori Soy Chops, Chicken Cafreal, Beer Braised Pork Ribs, and Bafat Spice Tiger Prawns – Prices start from Rs. 295. The Festive Platters will have the Turkey Platter and Chicken Platter.
Chicken Platter will have Slow roasted chicken served with honey-roasted sweet potato, maple glazed pumpkin, country roasted potato & apple chestnut stuffing topped with Chef’s signature Cranberry and Giblets Sauce. – Rs. 795++
Turkey Platter will have the roasted Turkey breast and slow confit leg served with honey-roasted sweet potato, maple glazed pumpkin, country roasted potato, and apple chestnut stuffing topped with Chef’s signature cranberry and giblets sauce. – Rs. 995++
The dessert – the Plum pudding served with crème anglaise.
