Saturday nights come alive at Zen with Aroy Mak! by Expat Thai Chef Piched Paoleng. Chef Paoleng has dedicated himself to meticulously crafting Thai cuisine, showcasing his passion for gastronomy and is a master of authentic home-made curry pastes. Patrons can experience a gastronomic journey that brings authentic, bold and exotic flavours of Thailand to their plates, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The highlights of the menu chef’s signature dishes like Yum Sabparod – a spicy pineapple salad with fresh tamarind pulp, Thod Mon Goong – Thai-style prawn cake, Zusee Phak (vegan) – Asian vegetables and slow-cooked mock meat with chef’s special homemade Thai red curry paste, Khau King Gai – homemade Thai-style Chicken in a slow cooked yellow curry paste with a hint of oyster & fish sauce, and a delicate Mon Kathi – homemade coconut jelly.

The afternoon also boasts a Chinese Wok Station, Sushi & Sashimi Bar, Dim Sum Delights, Thai Curry Corner, and much more. It’s a meticulously crafted culinary voyage that will take patrons on a voyage through the diverse, vibrant lands of Asia. Non-vegetarian can savour the mouth-watering flavours of perfectly grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops, Australian Pork Chops, Chilean Sea Bass, Norwegian Salmon, Canadian Lobster, and Hokkaido scallops for the seafood lovers, expertly grilled to perfection.
