Spread the love

Bengaluru: Popular for its authentic South Indian flavours and everyday comfort food, The Filter Coffee has announced the launch of its brand-new lunch and dinner menu. Available across its four outlets in Kalyan Nagar, Indiranagar, Brookefield, and Koramangala, the new menu is also accessible via Swiggy and Zomato for delivery. This expansion marks a significant step in The Filter Coffee’s journey, moving beyond its much-loved breakfast and tiffin offerings to deliver a wholesome, well-rounded South Indian dining experience.

The new The Filter Coffee menu has been carefully crafted to highlight the depth, diversity, and authenticity of South Indian cuisine. It goes beyond the quintessential breakfast and snack options the brand is known for, bringing new flavours and hearty meals suitable for families, weekday dinners, or even late-night deliveries. With vibrant appetisers, soup rasams, wholesome mains, regional sides, and indulgent desserts, the expanded menu reflects the cultural richness of the southern states.

Avinit Bagri, Co-founder of The Filter Coffee, said, “Until now, our focus was on breakfast and light snacks, the kind of food people grew up with and kept coming back for. With growing demand and evolving tastes, we felt ready to introduce a menu that brings even more depth to the experience. This selection honours time-tested traditions while catering to how people enjoy meals today—through the week, with family, or even for delivery at night.”

A Celebration of South Indian Heritage

Standout dishes on the The Filter Coffee menu include Ennai Kathirikkai, served with bun parottas or fragrant ghee rice, Malabar Paneer from Kerala, Chettinad Mushroom Gravy from Tamil Nadu, and Mangalore Aloo Curry from Karnataka. Desserts such as Kavuni Rice Pudding and Broken Wheat Jaggery Payasam bring nostalgic flavours to life while offering a balanced, comforting finish to the meal.

Sankrit Iyer, Co-founder of The Filter Coffee, added, “What makes this menu truly special is the thought behind every dish. We revisited traditional roots, considering the regional and climatic factors that shaped these recipes. Every spice and pairing has been chosen with intention, keeping the authenticity alive.”
