What began as a small offering of house-made essentials has quickly grown into a full-scale line of deli staples, now loved by home cooks and food enthusiasts across Bengaluru. The curated deli selection includes artisanal sourdough loaves (both classic and wholewheat), creamy burrata, pizza mozzarella, classic mozzarella, sour cream, and rich cheesecake dessert cups. Each product is freshly made in-house, upholding the same high standards and culinary techniques that define Brik Oven‘s kitchen philosophy.
For co-founders Anvesh and Anirudh, the deli line was never just an add-on—it’s a natural extension of the Brik Oven brand. “We started Brik Oven to serve great food built on great ingredients.
