Bengaluru: This summer, Smoke House Deli is putting mango on the map—literally. With The Mango Map, they’re taking India’s most loved fruit on a whirlwind global adventure, one cocktail at a time. Available throughout June across all their outlets in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Dehradun, the limited-edition menu is a spirited tribute to iconic drinking cultures from around the world—through the golden lens of mango.

Maison Mango

Each drink is a passport stamp in a glass. Think India’s spice-laced spirit trails, the creamy comfort of Ireland, the nuanced elegance of Japan, the citrusy brightness of America, the effortless sparkle of France, Mexico’s fiery tang, and Spain’s soulful warmth. All distinct. All delicious. All mango.

The Mango Rasā reimagines an Indian highball with gin, black rice cordial, and a strip of mango leather—a sip that feels grounded, yet intriguing. Mango Éire is Ireland in a glass: rich whiskey, mango cream, and a touch of orange bitters—a velvety blend that sips like a quiet fireside story.

El Mangrito

From Japan, there’s Miso Mango, where vodka meets cardamom whey and a soft mango foam—a delicate, layered pour with just the right umami twist. The American classic gets a tropical redo in the Mango Basil Sour, bringing whiskey together with fresh mango, lime, and basil—it’s bold, citrusy, and downright refreshing.

For those drawn to bubbles, Maison Mango Spritz offers French elegance with a hint of rosé aperitif, berry lemonade, and a sliver of mango—it’s flirty, fizzy, and made for sundown selfies. If you like your drinks with a dash of drama, El Mangrito from Mexico combines raw mango and spice cordial for that just-right zing. And rounding off the map is Mango Diablo, a Spanish-inspired mix of gin, raw mango, and warming spice—sultry, fruit-forward, and built for long, balmy nights.

Miso Mango

These aren’t just seasonal sips. They’re stories. Thoughtfully built by the Smoke House Deli beverage team, led by Jones Elish, each cocktail is a study in how mango can evolve—across continents, across formats, and across palettes. Black rice cordial, mango leather, cardamom whey—this isn’t your average mango menu. It’s creativity, bottled and stirred.

Available through the month of June, The Mango Map is a limited-edition offering across all Smoke House Deli outlets. Whether you’re brunching in Bandra, catching up in Indiranagar, or co-working out of Connaught Place, these cocktails are your ticket to taste the world—without leaving your table.

Because some journeys begin with a boarding pass. But this one? It starts with a mango.
